Pinsaar Software Technologies Private Limited ("Pinsaar," "we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit pinsaar.com (the "Site") or use any of our AI‑powered software products, services, and applications (collectively, the "Services").

This Policy applies to information we collect:

  • Online through the Site, web apps, and product dashboards.
  • Offline when you interact with our sales or support teams.
  • Automatically via cookies, log files, and similar technologies.
  • From third parties such as analytics providers, ad networks, public databases, and social media platforms, where permitted by law.

It does not apply to information processed by customers inside their own environments using our on‑premises or self‑hosted deployments. In those cases, the customer acts as the "data controller," and their own privacy notice governs.

  • Respond to inquiries, support tickets, and feedback.
  • Send administrative messages, service announcements, security alerts, and marketing communications (you may opt out at any time).
  • Process payments, subscriptions, renewals, and refunds.
  • Detect, investigate, and prevent security incidents, spam, fraud, and abuse.
  • Enforce our Terms of Service and protect our rights and the rights of others.

5. Sharing & Disclosure

We never sell your personal information. We share it only as described below:

  • Service Providers. Trusted vendors who host infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP), process payments, provide analytics, marketing, customer support, or security services. They access information only as needed to perform their functions and are bound by confidentiality obligations.

Pinsaar is headquartered in Mumbai, India, with cloud infrastructure in the United States. When you use our Services, your information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in countries outside of your own. We rely on standard contractual clauses, Data Processing Agreements, and other safeguards to protect such transfers as required by law.


7. Data Security

We employ administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we hold, including:

  • Encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest.
  • Role‑based access controls (RBAC) and multi‑factor authentication.
  • Regular penetration testing, code reviews, and vulnerability scans.
  • Continuous monitoring, logging, and incident response procedures.
